Administration Assistant L3
Details: Permanent, Full Time, Term Time

Salary: Grade 3, Points 5-6 (Actual Salary £22,019)
FTE £25,783 - £26,193
37 hours per week for 38 weeks per year plus 3 Professional Learning Days.
Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm (with ½ hr unpaid lunch break daily)
We are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to work in a busy office and provide high quality and professional service to students, visitors, parents and outside agencies. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills and flexible outlook of the needs of this job.
Main duties and responsibilities.
• To provide general administrative support. This may include specific administrative tasks assigned by members of the Senior Leadership Team and line manager.
• The Organisation of delivery of refreshments and catering following instruction from the Executive PA.
• To maintain and log accurate and up-to-date information of all staff professional learning.
• To book and record all staff CPD, and supply evidence of logging and completion for internal and external audits. This will include staff CPD using the ‘Every’ system, as well as booking external courses and providing the necessary purchase information for the Finance department.
• To maintain training logs for safeguarding and provide administrative support for the whole staff PL days.
• To take ownership of all induction elements for new teaching staff (including relevant documentation and guides), as instructed by HR and SLT.
• Support school with core seasonal activities in liaison with office managers.
• To work with the Leadership Team to monitor, maintain and develop the school reporting system, producing bespoke, standard, and other reports as required.
• To work with the Data Lead and Assistant MIS Manager in creation, maintenance, and use of assessment, strategic, student and other data in school.
• To create, maintain and produce Homework reports, Rushey Reward reports and certificates.
• To create, maintain and update assessment termly tracking report templates, marksheets and tracking sheets, as requested.
• To gather, check and chase data for termly tracking sheets, ready for reporting to parents and students.
• To produce and analyse broadsheets according to the termly tracking schedule and as requested by Senior Leadership Team.
• To work as an integral member of the Central Administration team, providing support and cover for others when necessary.
